WICB Expose has posted minutes of a WICB meeting (PDF) in July of last year, in which Ottis Gibson made a report to the board following the 2010 ICC World Twenty20. The report shows Gibson as highly critical of then captain Chris Gayle, noting that Gayle “was not a natural leader” and “is not a student of the game and lacks tactical awareness on the field”.
