DUBAI, United Arab Emirates — An appeal by the Board of Control for Cricket in India against the decision to declare the pitch at Feroz Shah Kotla ground in New Delhi as dangerous and unfit and to impose a suspension until the end of 2010, was dismissed today by an independent appeals commissioner.
